Either the darkness alters-
Or adjusts in the sight
Adjusts itself to midnight-
And life steps almost straight
- Emily Dickinson
When we look at an artists work, it becomes very important to understand the artist from his overall portfolio of works , how they have developed their style and what they are pursuing. Chandrakalas work here with light and shadow is an amazing continuation of her moving series in black and white. I liked the idea of adding Emily's poetry here to render more meaning.
